Unique running track in Spain features a hill (15 images)
This track in Alicante, Spain, was designed by Subarquitectura and features a built-in hill section that branches off and runs up and over a building that houses the stadium’s dressing rooms. It’s a bizarre concept, and also one that has left me wondering why nobody thought of it before. It also left me wondering how awesome it would be to run on a track that has a hill, or even to drive a go-cart around.
As you can see by the picture of the kids having fun running the hill, the track is a great reminder to try and look at everything with an open mind. Things can always be re-thought, re-designed, and (more importantly) re-imagined.
