One of the reasons I love paper art is because it looks so simple and easy, but if you’ve ever tried to cut, shape, fit, and paste paper into designs like this, you quickly realized just how much skill and time it takes to create these works of art.
These works by artist Carlos Meira are a fun mix of detail, color, and finesse. I would really like to see him do some sort of illustrated book in this style of illustration.
