Club Artwork Round-up #1 (5 images)

I do a lot of artwork, some for clients, some for friends, some just for fun. While most of it ends up filed away somewhere, a few pieces are worth sharing. Below are five works of art I’ve done for various people and reasons, if you have something you need illustrated just head over to the contact section and let me know!

I’ll post some more artwork from time-to-time, so stay tuned!

1. Smoking skull with headphones. Illustrated with black and gray markers, then uploaded to Photoshop for some grunge texturing. I drew this for a Hip Hop artist in Indianapolis as part of a promotional poster for a concert.

2. Golfer setting up for the next hole. I drew this for my girlfriend for use in a birthday card for her dad. I used a Wacom graphics tablet and did the illustration in Photoshop.

3. Hendrix homage. Drew this image of Jimi Hendrix one day while I was at home watching a movie. Used a black marker. Excuse me, while I post this guy…

4. Thorny rose. I drew this rose piercing a hand for a friend’s blog post about the frustrations of dating. I used black pen and then uploaded it to Photoshop for the coloring.

5. Fishy fun. Sometimes inspiration comes when you least expect it. I specifically remember seeing some flowers outside my apartment on my way to work that were orange and pink, and for whatever reason they made me think of fish. On my lunch break that day, I drew this. Black pen and then Photoshop for color.
