The amazing human brain (1 video)
I usually try not to post videos more than a couple of minutes long because, frankly, who has time to watch them? To be honest, I skim videos that are less than a minute in length sometimes. But this video is really interesting, so I’m posting it despite it’s 10 minute run-time.
The video, hosted by the one and only Alan Alda, features a man named Joe who had the two halves of his brain separated to ease chronic epileptic seizures. Though this operation doesn’t affect Joe much in day-to-day life, it has left him with some unusual mental abilities. You’ll have to check it out to see all of the tests they have him (and Alda) perform. Wild.
