This story sort of blew me away when I read it over at My Modern Met, and I just had to share it. Basically, French photographers Fabrice Nadjari and Cedric Houin traveled to the Wakhan corridor in Afghanistan to document the people and way of life there. These photos are of the 2010 eruption of a volcano on one of Iceland’s mountain glacier ice caps called Eyjafjallajökull.
