I feel a little bit strange calling myself a tattoo enthusiast when I only actually have one myself (an autumn-colored Maple leaf on my right forearm), but I really love tattoo artwork, and these by tattooist and artist Peter Aurisch (link contains some NSFW images) are hands-down some of the coolest I’ve ever seen. I’m sort of fascinated by the art of tattooing, and am impressed with how much these don’t look like tattoos....

These sculptures were made out of melted vinyl records by Angelo Bramanti and Giuseppe Siracusa of L017 – and they’re pretty cool.  Conceptually, it didn’t actually interest me a whole lot until I actually saw them, then I was sort of left wanting to see more.  They’re surprisingly detailed.
